Supercar Sunday at Gaydon Motor Heritage Museum

This was my first time at Supercar Sunday, having not been previously as it normally clashed with something else. I also had my family with me and my daughters class mascot, Dave the dragon, who enjoyed getting up close and personal to some of the cars.

We met up with the Petrolhead Nirvana and LCUK contingents before departing up the M40. Although we were soon in a convoy of one, approaching the exit I managed to get behind a classic Countach and, just 2 cars in front of that, the (then) only UK registered Lamborghini Murcielago LP 670-4 SuperVeloce. Well, I was pretty pleased, but my wife thought I had lost the plot a bit. At least until she watched that nights Top Gear that is.

Due to there being a Ferrari Owners event that day the prancing horse was a bit scarce but alas so were many other supercars, with the exception of the Lambos of course where most of the recent models were on display.

So, in short, a great family day out. But a great Supercar day? Check the gallery out and decide for yourself.
